26

This one was at  my house. There were hot cocktail wiatresses waitresses and my friend John Mellencamp showed up and played Rick Springfield which was super embarrassing and secretly catchy. We all know what's going on.

It is very cold outside. I am very drunk. Those cocktail waitresses are back but I'm like "ladies, ladies, lovelies, records are more important."

Between us and the cocktail waitresses, the place got super small super quick!

This one was at Allen's house. I don't remember much about it but the one thing that sticks out at me was that Stroble ordered some strippers for us as a special surprise but Jon was like I'm a married man so I don't approve of this and we were all like fuck dude what the fuck? Allen didn't give a shit.

He was too busy playing air sax to that song from that scene in the Kiefer Sutherland movie about vampires.

This scene:

Typical Allen.

I'm pretty drunk but I did look for a video and couldn't find one. But this record WAS really good and I liked it. He has spoken.

Drew's house, I think, I dunno I snorted cocaine off of somebody's cat. You all have cats. Could have been anybody really. Crazy shit. Point is, we had record club in September. I'm sure it was very fun. Bryan didn't come to this one and wasn't seen again until the one at my house. While I can say that I had seen him between then and then and then and then, I cannot guarantee he has not been replaced by a robot or an alien from the planet Zorgon.

Zorgon is real.

So is Ween. Say, speak of Ween.

John's house

Held at John's duplex on a quiet little street in Broad Ripple, we spun some great little records and had some great little conversations and even played a little air saxophone. Stroble showed us a video of his mom dancing with some guy while some woman grinded all up on a 75 year-old soul singer who's still got it. It was generally agreed Stevie Nicks was a babe well into the 90s.

Top notch, fellas.
